Semiseco

MACABEO, XAREL·LO AND PARELLADA OF OWN VINEYARDS OF THE DO CAVA

Elaborated following the Traditional Method, it has been aged and matured in our cellar of Sant Sadurní d'Anoia.

With a pale yellow colour and good formation of bubbles. It is warm, slightly sweet and with aromas of apple.

Ideal to pair this cava with mild cheese, braised fish, desserts, nuts and it is also perfect as an aperitif.

Brut Rosé

100% TREPAT FROM VINEYARDS OF THE DO CAVA

Elaborated following the Traditional Method, is has been aged and matured in our cellar of Sant Sadurní d'Anoia.

An attractive rosé colour and permanent white crown, with fruit and flowers aromas. On the palate it is pleasant and with a long aftertaste.

For its characteristics, this rosé cava can pair with te most elaborated dishes or meats and also it is excellent as a aperitif. 

Reserva Especial

CHARDONNAY, XAREL·LO AND MACABEO FROM OF VINEYARDS OF THE DO CAVA

Handcrafted elaboration following the Tradicional Method, it has been aged and matured in our cellar of Sant Sadurní d'Anoia.

Straw yellow colour and good formation of bubbles that string together. Aromas of aging and also of mature fruit and flowers. On the palate it is well balanced, round, dry and with a long aftertaste.

The great personality of this cava enhances any dish of the international cuisine: stewed meats and fishes, chesses, foie, and smoked foods and it is excellent as an aperitif.

Brut Nature

MACABEU, XAREL·LO AND PARELLADA FROM OUR OWN VINEYARDS

Elaborated following the Traditional Method, it has been aged and matured in our Sant Sadurní d'Anoia cellar.

Pale yellow colour, good formation of bubbles and fruity and aging aromas. In the mouth it is dry, pleasant and well-balanced. 

Perfect to pair with fish, soft cheeses, rice, smoked dishes as an aperitif. 

 

Brut

Pale yellow colour with honey hints. It is fresh, well-balanced, fruity with fine bubbles. 

Ideal as an aperitif or to pair with rice, fish, seafood, white and red meats. 

 

Xarel·lo

100% XAREL·LO FROM OUR OWN D.O. PENEDÈS VINEYARDS

Young white wine of a pale yellow colour with green hues. White flowers and tropical fruits aromas.

In the mouth it is fresh, well-balanced with a long aftertaste. 

Ideal for pairing with fish, soft cheeses, rice and white meat. 

 

Rosé Cabernet

100% CABERNET SAUVIGNON FROM OUR OWN D.O. PENEDÈS VINEYARDS

Rosé wine with a cherry red color and delicate aroma. In the mouth it is round, elegand with caramel and strawberries hints. 

Perfect to pair with pasta, soft meat, cheeses, seafood, rice and also as an aperitif. 

 

Cabernet Sauvignon

100% CABERNET SAUVIGNON FROM OUR OWN D.O. PENEDÈS VINEYARDS

Young varietal red wine with a powerful red forest fruits aroma. 

In the mouth it is round, with soft tannins and a long aftertaste. 

Ideal to serve with meats, aged cheeses and dishes with personality. 

 

Merlot

Young varietal red wine, with red fruits aroma. In the mouth it is powerful, persistent, well-balanced with sweet tannins. 

Ideal for pairing with aged cheeses, meats  and dishes with personality. 

 

Chardonnay

100% CHARDONNAY FROM OUR OWN D.O. PENEDÈS VINEYARDS

Harvested in late August, light grapes maceration and subsequent fermentation and short aging in oak barrels. 

Straw yellow color white wine, with varietal aromas and vanilla and coconut hints. In the mouth it is creamy and persistent. 

Ideal for all kind of aperitifs, fish, rices, smoked dishes, white meats, sausages and cheeses. 

 

Cabernet Sauvignon Barrel

100% CABERNET SAUVIGNON FROM OUR OWN D.O. PENEDÈS VINEYARDS

From the best grapes selection and a careful elaboration. Aged 12 months in oak barrels. 

Red maroon wine with spiced and varieties aromas. In the mouth it is warm, full-bodied and with a long aftertaste. 

Perfect to pair with cheeses, red meat, sausages and dishes with personality.
